"Way Easier Than I Expected"
We went on a weekend, so I was bracing myself for it to be super packed, but it really wasn’t bad at all. We did have to wait a bit for the shuttle, maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but nothing that felt annoying. The crowds were spread out too, so we could take photos and wander around without feeling rushed. All in all, it ended up being a really easy day and way smoother than I thought it would be

"I wasn’t not a little unsure about the…"
I wasn’t not a little unsure about the cost at first, but i can’t say it wasn’t worth it. The views were incredible, and booking everything was really easy. It’s definitely not the cheapest day out, but for what you get, it felt like good value. Really glad we went.

"Easy booking and no surprise fees"
I booked our tickets on grandcanyonwest while sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee, and it was straightforward. The ticket prices were clear right from the start, which I really appreciated because I hate getting all the way to checkout and suddenly seeing random fees added on. I was able to compare the different options quickly and pick the one that worked best for our budget. Nothing fancy or stressful, just a nice simple booking experience

"I got in without too much…"
I got in without too much trouble, but the parking was kinda confusing and took longer than I thought it would. The staff helped a bit, which was nice. Overall, it wasn’t bad or anything, just feels like the whole process could be a little smoother.

"Super friendly staff everywhere"
Everyone was really nice from the gate to the shuttle and they helped us out without making it feel like we were bothering them. One guy even took the time to help my mom with directions and he was super patient about it. It just made the whole visit feel way easier.

"Easy booking and quick checkout"
Booked my tickets on grandcanyonwest.com last night and it was simple. The dates, times, and add-ons were easy to find, and I didn’t have to keep going back to fix anything. Checkout loaded fast too, and my confirmation email showed up right after I paid. I always appreciate when a site just works and doesn’t make things complicated. Definitley 5 stars from me

"The shuttle buses got us where…"
The shuttle buses got us where we needed to go, so that was fine. But, the wait felt kinda long. Once we were actually on the bus, though, it moved along well. Not a bad experience or anything, just, you know, could’ve been a little smoother.

"Loved the Stories, But Expected More Care"
I really loved hearing the Hualapai stories here, and that part of the experience felt meaningful and special. That said, there were a few moments that felt a bit careless, and I was expecting some kind of apology or acknowledgment. The stories deserve to be shared with respect, and I hope the overall experience reflects that better.

"Really Enjoyed My Visit"
I had a really good visit and would definitely recommend checking it out. They explained the photo policy before we went in, so there were no surprises, and the pricing was easy to understand. Photos do cost extra, but it felt fair for the experience. The staff was nice too, which made the whole visit even better.

"Surprisingly felt safe"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but security was easy to spot and the staff checked things without making it feel awkward or over the top. I was there with my family all day and, we felt safe the whole time

"I’m picky when it comes…"
I’m picky when it comes to eating out, especially in touristy areas, but this place actually met my standards. I stopped in for lunch and the food was fresh, really tasty, and definitely filling. It was better than what I usually expect from spots aimed at tourists, and the prices felt fair too. I’d eat there again

"The views were actually good, like…"
The views were actually good, like definitely worth looking at, but yeah, some areas felt kind of blocked off and crowded, which was a little annoying. I kept trying to find a better spot, and then you’re bumping into people, you know? Still, I’m glad I saw it once. Not sure I’d rush back, but it was a nice experience overall.

"Amazing view and so fun"
The view was amazing, really really beautiful. It was a little scary at first, not gonna lie, but once we got going it was super fun. My family had such a great time, and I’d definitely do it again

"Had a really good time at Grand Canyon…"
Had a really good time at Grand Canyon West.. our guide was awesome and knew so much about the area, the history, and all these little stories you’d never get just reading the signs. He answered everyone’s questions without making us feel rushed at all, just super easy going the whole time. the guide made the visit way better than I expected...
